Your booking becomes mutually binding upon transmission of our return confirmation. On your arrival day, you will be able to check into your room or apartment after 1:00 p.m. On departure day, we ask you to vacate your room or apartment for cleaning by 10:00 a.m.
In all instances, Austrian Hotel Guidelines will apply. We strongly recommend taking our holiday cancellation insurance. We do not accept credit cards.
Supplemental to conditions as stipulated in Austrian Hotel Guidelines, the following conditions will apply: Cancellations are only penalty-free 4 months or earlier prior to arrival. From 4 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40%, between 1 month and 1 week 70% and in the last week 90% of the total price. Otherwise, Austrian Hotel Guidelines will apply. Upon issue of a booking confirmation, there will be a EUR 40 processing fee in the event of any cancellations.
